• They have the right to advertise in their location and are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
• They will not publish content that is illegal, defamatory, deceptive, abusive, or harmful.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, unpublish, or remove any listing or content at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

7. Agencies / Spas & Third-Party Listings

Where the Site allows agencies, spas, or other third-party business listings, those accounts remain fully subject to these Terms, our anti-trafficking rules, and all applicable laws.

• No person may be listed through force, fraud, coercion, intimidation, deception, or abuse.
• No agency, spa, manager, or representative may use the Site to control or exploit another person unlawfully.
• False representation, impersonation, or misleading portfolio use is prohibited.

Any suspected trafficking, coercion, unlawful representation, or abusive agency / spa activity may result in immediate removal and referral to relevant authorities.

8. Payments & Refunds

Some features of the Site may require payment, including premium placements or listing upgrades. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to issue a refund at our discretion.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for banking fees, telecom charges, failed transfers caused by third parties, or charges imposed by your payment provider.

We may change pricing, packages, billing structures, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

9. Content & Intellectual Property

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Uganda.
