1. Using Uganda Escorts

By accessing or using Uganda Escorts, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. How Uganda Escorts Works

Uganda Escorts is an online directory where independent escorts and approved advertiser accounts can publish and manage listings. Visitors browse listings and contact advertisers directly using the contact details shown on a profile.

• We do not employ escorts or control their availability.
• We do not arrange meetings or negotiate private arrangements on behalf of advertisers.
• Any rates or other information shown on a listing are supplied and managed by the profile owner or authorised advertiser.
• Communication and any arrangements between users take place independently of Uganda Escorts.

3. Accounts and Profile Listings

When you create an account or listing, the information you provide must be accurate and you must have permission to publish all photos, videos and other content you upload. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Profile owners can update their listing, make it private or delete their account using the available account controls. We may review new or edited listings and may ask for additional information where needed for moderation or verification.

4. User Responsibilities

You must not use Uganda Escorts to:

• publish or request content involving anyone under 18;
• traffic, coerce, exploit, threaten or unlawfully control another person;
• impersonate another person or publish stolen, misleading or unauthorised content;
• harass, threaten, scam, extort or deliberately harm another user;
• upload malware, spam or harmful code, or interfere with site security;
• scrape or republish site content for commercial use without permission.

5. Agencies, Spas and Other Advertiser Accounts

Where agency, spa or other authorised advertiser accounts are allowed, the account holder must have permission to publish each listing they manage. No person may be listed through force, deception, coercion, intimidation or exploitation.

Misleading portfolios, impersonation, unauthorised media or attempts to control another person unlawfully may lead to immediate removal of listings or accounts.

6. Payments and Refunds

Some advertising features, upgrades or placements may require payment. Prices and package details are shown before purchase where applicable. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

7. Content and Copyright

You keep ownership of content that you lawfully own. By uploading content, you give Uganda Escorts permission to store, display, resize, process and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote your listing and the site.

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, use our Copyright & DMCA Policy to submit a complaint.

8. Moderation, Suspension and Removal

We may review, edit, hide, reject or remove listings or other content that breaks these Terms, creates a safety concern, appears fraudulent, infringes another person’s rights or puts the site at legal or technical risk.

Accounts may be restricted, suspended or closed for serious or repeated violations. Where appropriate, we may preserve relevant records or cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

9. Responsibility and Liability

Uganda Escorts provides a directory and publishing platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, conduct or identity of every person using the site, and users should make their own decisions before contacting or meeting anyone.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Uganda Escorts is not responsible for private communications, meetings, payments, disputes, losses or other arrangements made directly between users. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes, Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. We may update them when the site, our policies or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when a material revision is published.
